Intern Counsellor
Brad Schroeder B.A
I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Princeton University in 2010 and am currently pursuing my Master of Counselling. I take a client-centred and collaborative approach to counselling, maintaining a non-judgmental stance and integrating techniques from Narrative Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy. I believe counselling is a partnership between the client and the counsellor, focused on achieving the client’s goals for therapy. I find fulfillment in being part of a person’s journey toward healing and personal growth. My focus areas include depression, grief, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, identity, life transitions, and sexuality. I provide support for both adults and children.
