As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am dedicated to working with couples and families, supporting them as they navigate marital, relationship, and parenting challenges. I also work alongside individuals dealing with various concerns, such as anger management, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and burnout. My approach incorporates several theories and models, including Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor, a Professional Member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and an Associate Member of the Canadian Association for Couple and Family Therapy (CACFT). Although my practice is not limited to Christian clients, it would be my pleasure to provide Christian counselling to those who request it. I aim to create a culturally sensitive, collaborative, and client-centred atmosphere in therapy, ensuring that my clients receive personalized care tailored to their unique needs.
